There are 2 very important messages contained within this video.

1. If you are unlucky enough to be involved in a motorcycling collision and are injured through no fault of your own, please make sure that you do not allow your insurer to appoint one of their panel solicitors.

Your insurance policy is over your motorcycle, not you. This happened to Ian and for 18 months his panel solicitor did not even acknowledge that he had suffered a significant brain injury in the collision. Fortunately for Ian, he was recommended to contact Motorcycle Law Scotland and from that moment his life changed for the better.

Ian and Brenda Mitchell tell the story.

2. Drivers need to #TakeAnotherLook for motorcyclists at junctions. An elderly driver pulled out straight into Ian’s path and he simply had nowhere to go.
