A motorcyclist overtook a car at 55 to 60mph on a blind corner just before reaching a junction with a minor road on the left.
A car emerged out of the minor road across dotted white lines without stopping. The driver looked both ways initially, but was looking to his left as he entered the major road. It was impossible to say that the collision was caused other than by the negligence of both parties.
